•  7 days free exchanges and returns. 
• Items must be in new condition with original tags, box and accessories still attached.
• Washed items will not be accepted.
• Refund and return not accepted on items on sale or when discount availed.
• Must not smell of smoke, cologne or deodorant.
• One order is eligible only for one time exchange, anything more than that will be on the customer.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are only applicable in the case of a damaged product.
• To be eligible for a refund, please ensure you report the damage within 7 days of receiving the product.

Required Documentation:

• A clear and detailed unpacking video is mandatory for processing a refund due to damage.
• The video should clearly show the unboxing process, highlighting any damage or defects observed.
